The concept of “Blah” is a thread throughout Eve Ariza’s oeuvre. “Blah” embodies both the constant miscommunication between humans and a threat towards truth. With the frightening recent advent of notions of “post-truth” and “fake news”, the artist’s combat against superficial discourses seems even more relevant.
